Mr. McLeod was called to the Ontario bar in 2013 and the New York bar in 2014, holds a BEng and an MBA from the Royal Military College of Canada as well as a JD from Western University. He was previously a corporate lawyer with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in New York City and most recently worked with Sigma Systems based in Toronto, Ontario where he held the role of Head of Legal and Compliance.
