(\"Waverley Pharma\" or the \"Company\") (TSXV:WAVE), an emerging Canadian pharmaceutical company, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Waverley Pharma Europe Limited (\"WPEL\"), has entered into a storage and distribution agreement with Mawdsley-Brooks & Co. Ltd.
