(\"Waverley Pharma\" or the \"Company\") (TSXV: WAVE), an emerging Canadian pharmaceutical company, is pleased to announce it has entered into  an Industrial Research Collaboration Agreement (the \"Agreement\") with the University of Manitoba to undertake a research and development project entitled \"Production of a Synthetic Library of Chloroquine Analogs and Precursors for Immediate and Future Development of COVID-19 Treatments.\" The funding for this project is provided by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) under its Alliance COVID-19 Grants program. \nDr. David E.
