(\"Buffalo\" or the \"Company\") (TSXV: BUFF.P) announces that it has entered into an amending agreement (the \"Amending Agreement\") amending the terms of the amalgamation agreement dated August 8, 2017 (the \"Amalgamation Agreement\") between Buffalo and Waverley Pharma Inc.
