We achieved clinical validation of our PRISM platform, demonstrating target engagement in all three of our clinical programs and translation of our preclinical data to the clinic. We maintained our leadership in RNA editing by achieving the first RNA editing clinical candidate, WVE-006, which is a potentially comprehensive approach for treating alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.
