[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nFor immediate release\n\n\n15 May 2023\n\n\n\n \nWatkin Jones plc\n('Watkin Jones' or the 'Company')\n \nIssue of Equity\n \nWatkin Jones plc (AIM: WJG) announces that it has issued and allotted 10,886 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') pursuant to the exercise of awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP').\n \nAccordingly, application has been made for the 10,886 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares at 8am (BST) on 16 May 2023. The new Ordinary Shares will rank, pari passu, with the existing Ordinary Shares.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFollowing Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will comprise 256,441,253 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 256,441,253.
