Blocklisting Application
Watkin Jones plc has applied to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 410,000 ordinary shares, intended for allocation under its restricted share award plan. These new shares will rank equally with existing ordinary shares, and the blocklisting is expected to become effective around 4 February 2026. New Ordinary Shares issued under the block listing will rank parri passu in respect with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
