WaterBridge Announces Launch of $1,400,000,000 Offering of Senior Notes
HOUSTON, September 29, 2025--WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI; NYSE Texas: WBI) ("WaterBridge" or the "Company") announced today that WBI Operating LLC, a subsidiary of the Company, subject to market conditions, intends to offer $1.4 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes in two series (the "Notes") in a private placement to eligible purchasers.
