The companies will represent each other’sproducts in an effort to combine the off grid energy systems with theatmospheric water generators. Energy Systems Canada (ESC) has developed a “Private Utility Power Plant”,or a PUPP. The PUPP’s can be used forelectrical grid assist or off grid systems. The systems can be used in residential, commercial office, off gridresort hotels, farming, green house agriculture and micro grid communities. Thecombination of the two companies’ products can complement each other wherethere is a scarcity of water and electricity.
