(OTC Markets Pink Sheets:WTII) the leader in the technology in atmospheric water generator’s production and design announced today that it has acquired 100% of Water Zone, Inc., based in West Palm Beach, FL.  Water Zone has been in business since 1985 providing residential and commercial water treatment throughout Florida.  The now wholly owned subsidiary, Water Zone, with its large client base creates synergies with Water Technologies’ product lines.  The combined Companies now have the ability to provide water treatment and water generation solutions to a large client base.  Water Technologies will focus on the commercial applications for the company’s water generation, waste water processing, ozone and hydrogen technologies.  The Company will continue to expand the “IP”, Intellectual Property and product portfolio.   The base revenues stabilize Water Technologies as it grows in several major growth markets in the US.  This solidifies the Company’s ability to license, market, and distribute its product line here and abroad bringing strong revenue growth.     Water Technologies International, Inc. has evolved as a “Pure Water Play” generating, cleaning producing drinking water, water for agriculture and a full line or waste water treatment solutions.  The Company is now providing commercial and industrial wastewater solutions and feels it is important to update the shareholders on the Company’s developments as it strives to improve the existing technology and drive sales in Florida and on a Global basis.
