[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3775T Water Intelligence PLC 29 March 2016 \n\nWater Intelligence plc (AIM: WATR.L)\n \n(\"Water Intelligence\" or the \"Company\")\nResults of General Meeting\nWater Intelligence, a leading provider of non-invasive, leak detection and remediation services, announces that at the General Meeting held today, the Resolutions regarding the proposed Capital Reorganisation were duly passed. The Consolidation and Sub-Division will be implemented after today's market close. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and dealing in the New Ordinary Shares is expected to commence at 8.00 am on 30 March 2016 with ISIN GB00BZ973D04. The Capital Reduction is now due to become effective on 21 April 2016, subject to court approval.\nImmediately following Admission, the Company will have 10,617,720 New Ordinary Shares in issue. Since the Company currently holds no shares in treasury, the total number of voting rights in the Company on Admission is expected to be 10,617,720 and this figure may therefore be used by Shareholders after Admission as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs.\n \nThe General Meeting was convened pursuant to the Notice of General Meeting posted to Shareholders on 8 March 2016, which is available from the Company's website, www.waterintelligence.co.uk.
