Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Watches of Switzerland Group PLC announced the appointment of Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately, who will also serve on the Audit & Risk, Remuneration, Nomination, and ESG Committees, and will become Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee on March 1, 2026. Edgecliffe-Johnson brings over 25 years of financial experience, having previously held CFO roles at Rentokil Initial plc and Flutter Entertainment plc, and served as CFO and Group Head of Strategy at InterContinental Hotels Group plc. His extensive background in finance and international business, particularly within the luxury consumer segment and the US market, is expected to be a valuable asset to the Board as the Group continues to execute its strategy.
