The Options have been granted pursuant to the Company's annual review of remuneration and incentivisation packages.\nThe Options are exercisable at a price of 325 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing mid-price on 23 November 2023. The Options are excercisable from 24 November 2026 until 24 November 2033.
