Warpaint sells branded cosmetics under the lead brand names of W7 and Technic. W7 is sold in the UK primarily to retailers and internationally to local distributors or retail chains. The Technic brand is sold in the UK and continental Europe with a significant focus on the gifting market, principally for high street retailers and supermarkets. In addition, Warpaint supplies own brand white label cosmetics produced for several major high street retailers. The Group also sells cosmetics using its other brand names of Man'stuff, Body Collection, Very Vegan, and Chit Chat.

Existing Board - AIM Rule 17 Disclosure

The Company announces the following additional director disclosure pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

The Company has been made aware of additional subsequent information related to its Director Declaration announcement on 1 December 2017 which set out that Paul Hagon, Non-Executive Director of the Company, was a director of Palmer & Harvey McLane Ltd ("Palmer & Harvey") which entered into administration on 28 November 2017. The additional information is that Paul Hagon was also a director of The BuyCo Limited, a subsidiary of Palmer & Harvey, when a liquidator was appointed on 19 September 2018 and remained so until it was wound up by order of the High Court on 24 October 2019.
