[{"type":"text","content":"Wanderport Corporation (OTC Markets-PINKSHEETS: ?WDRP?),The company recently cancelled its unit performance efficiency testing appointment at Intertek slated for week ending August 10th, 2013. This was a timeline set up assuming arrival of drivers/transformers was not delayed. A meeting was held with Technical Advisor and Product Licensor, Robert Simoneau, confirming the arrival of drivers however, their arrival was, in fact, delayed and the drivers were found to be dissimilar to the previous drivers in size. The box is therefore being corrected, welded and reinforced as required to accommodate the new driver's different form factor, as well as to maintain the safety of the box during testing. All this is being completed with very limited resources. Wanderport would like to underline that there has been no dilution or fundraising to date as it is our opinion that it is inappropriate to dilute until Intertek's third party performance efficiency test results can justify and form the basis for company funding. Indeed, trading has waned of late but the company would rather remain on this course of action and announce performance efficiency test results which it is hoped will be positively reflected in the price per share.According to the company's previous news release, Intertek testing has been \"paid in full\" and Intertek continue to graciously offer new tests in compensation for the previous flawed tests. For these reasons, we remain intent on completing testing as soon as the unit is confirmed ready.
