About this update from Wanderport Corp
[{"type":"text","content":"September 5, 2013 Clermont, FL - Wanderport Corporation (OTC Markets PINKSHEETS Trading Symbol: WDRP), Wanderport Corporation is delighted to provide this update to valued investors and interested parties:\n \nWanderport Corporation recognizes the need to continually inform the public of the product development progression concerning for the microwave tank-less water heater technology. Consequently, the company has come to the conclusion that the key to any chance of product production will stem from results obtained from independent Intertek laboratory performance efficiency testing of the unit?s heat engine. The results of these tests are crucial to answer questions pertaining to time frame, efficacy, value, price per share, share structure, , funding, partnerships, feasibility, component pricing and plan of action toward production. Granted, timelines have been surpassed and investor?s need for information increases with every delay making them a casualty of these circumstances. Consequently, the following scenario of what could be expected within the next 30 days or so is as follows:\n \nRobert Simoneau, Wanderport?s Technical Advisor and Product Licensor stated, ?The unit?s box has been repaired but we ran into a new challenge while attaching the heat engine to the new drivers (transformers). The driver manufacturer has not only changed the form factor but has also changed some of the drive protection characteristics. The net result is that when the current water-cooled magnetrons are connected, the driver sees it as a load mismatch. This is puzzling because the driver manufacturer had confirmed that the new drivers were indeed compatible but has since changed this recommendation. We have flagged the issue citing the power protection \"feature\" and we have asked them to recommend an alternative model which I have unfortunately deemed unsuitable. I have worked to nail this down by asking the driver manufacturer to provide additional technical specifications on this new drive unit so that they may be matched to new and compatible magnetrons. The technical sheets have been transmitted to our magnetron supplier (Midea in China) in order for Midea to produce them and for eventual purchase by Wanderport. Needless to say, we are not a priority for the magnetron supplier therefore, because we do not receive th...
