("BJW"), of No. 3502 - 1088 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6Z 2R9 reports on its acquisition of shares of Wall Financial Corporation ("WFC") (TSX-V: WFC).\nPursuant to a share transfer agreement between Bruno Wall and BJW, a company wholly owned by Bruno Wall, BJW has acquired ownership of an additional 2,797,560 common shares of WFC (representing approximately 8.45% of the issued and outstanding common shares of WFC) at a purchase price of $10.24 per share, for an aggregate purchase price of $28,647,014.40. Bruno Wall now indirectly owns or controls 3,397,560 common shares of WFC, representing 10.26% of the issued and outstanding common shares of WFC.
