("Coeur"), a subsidiary of Coeur Mining, Inc. (NYSE:CDE), pursuant to the terms of an option agreement where Coeur can earn an initial 75% interest that can be increased to a 100% stake in the Property. The proposed drill program comprises of five holes with total meterage of approximately 1,200 meters at three sites.
