As announced on August 17th, the Company intends to raise up to C$500,000 through a non-brokered private placement. The proposed terms are to sell flow-through units of the Company (each, a \"FT Unit\") at a price of C$0.12 per FT Unit and non-flow-through units of the Company (each, a \"Unit\") at a price of C$0.10 per Unit.As announced on August 24th, the Company has closed the first tranche of the financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $214,250, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
