The report was prepared for the Company by Longford\nExploration Services Ltd.\n \n \n \n The Technical Report has been filed and is available on\nSEDAR at\n \n \n \n \n www.sedar.com\n \n \n \n \n \n Qualified Persons\n \n \n \n The independent Qualified Persons for the mineral\nresource estimate and “Technical Report” are Mr. Antonio Celis, of\nMotherlode Consulting Inc. and Mr. Graham Dickson of 027852 Alberta\nLtd. both of whom are registered professional geoscientists and are\nQualified Persons (as defined by National Instrument 43-101) and were\nindependent geologists under contract with Longford Exploration\nServices Ltd., a consulting company based in Vancouver, British\nColumbia. Mr. Antonio Celis and Mr. Graham Dickson have approved the\ntechnical information reported herein. Mr. Kevin Brewer, President and\nCEO of the Company, a registered professional geoscientist, also\ncontributed to the Technical Report as a Qualified Person (as defined\nby National Instrument 43-101).
