(TSXV:CMB) (OOTC:CMCXF) (the \"Company\") is pleased to announce it has submitted the final Bishop Mill Facility Plan of Operations to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for review and acceptance. This will allow the BLM to review the plan in parallel with the Water Board approval process. Bishop Mill Facility Plan of Operations includes the addition of a coarse grind Krupp screen mill that will increase the daily capacity to 100 tons per day from the current 50 tons per day. Total investment into the Bishop Mill exceeds $500,000 for the initial purchase, environmental studies, engineering design, installation of monitoring wells, and site security. Once the Water License and Plan of Operation have been approved, construction of the tailings pond and mill upgrades will proceed. Mill should be in full production processing the 0.50 or greater ounce per ton gold ore from the jointly owned Radcliff Mine before year end. The company has sufficient ore from the Radcliff to keep the Bishop Mill facilities at full capacity over the next three years.The Company has received for review and comment the \"Tentative\" Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) from the Lahontan Water Board. The tentative WDR will be used by the Board to dictate the requirements under the Water License to be approved during the July Water Board hearings. The Water License can be issued at that time.
