W.A.G payment solutions plc announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 (the "AGM Notice 2023") has been published. Ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2023 (the "AGM") the following documents are being mailed and made available to its shareholders:

1.  Annual Report 2022

2.  AGM Notice 2023

3.  The Form of Proxy

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 4:00pm on Thursday 11 May 2023 at Third Floor (East), Albemarle House, 1 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4HA. Documents listed above are also available on the Company's website.

In compliance with Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3 ,  t he AGM Notice 2023 and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection ( https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism).
