VVV Sports Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of R3 Sport Limited, with 300,000,000 Consideration Shares allotted to the sellers. Additionally, Campana exercised its warrants, resulting in the allotment of 100 million Campana Warrant Shares upon payment of £1.2 million. The company also announced the appointment of Samuel Robert Kemp as an executive Director and Olivia Nichols as a non-executive Director.
