TORONTO, July 6 /CNW Telbec/ - VVC Exploration Corporation ("VVC")
(TSX- V: VVC) announced today that it has retained the services of Renmark
Financial Communications Inc. to handle its investor relations activities.
Renmark currently serves a broad range of public company clients whose
shares are listed on Canadian and/or U.S. stock exchanges. For VVC, Renmark
will provide an enhanced channel of communications between the corporation and
its retail investors with the objective of increasing VVC visibility in the
marketplace. Activities will include roadshows and special interest group
presentations, the building and management of an investor database, increased
information distributions, proactive investor liaison and an ongoing
assessment of market perceptions.
"We are pleased to announce that we have selected Renmark to strengthen
VVC's profile in the financial community. We believe that Renmark will enhance
the Company's visibility, thanks to its investor relations strategies and
methodology," noted Jean-Paul Boily, Chairman and CEO of VVC.
In consideration of the services to be provided, the Company has agreed
to pay a monthly retainer of CAD$5,000 for a one-year contract to Renmark
Financial Communications Inc.
