VVC Exploration - metallurgical bench tests of Xing Tong ore yields positive results

TORONTO, Oct. 12 /CNW Telbec/ - VVC EXPLORATION CORPORATION ("VVC" or the
"Company") is pleased to announce that International Metallurgical and
Environmental Inc. ("IME"), a Vancouver metallurgical base company, has
completed a series of metallurgical tests on a sample of feed material from
the Xing Tong gold plant consisting of an approximately 5 kilograms sample
removed from the feed belt of No. 2 Mill on June 13, 2005. The material being
processed at the time was reported to be from Vein Q115 adit. The bench test
results were very encouraging and the report prepared by Ken McVey is
available for review at
www.vvcexploration.com/Reports/IME-Metallurgical-Report-2aug05.pdf . IME, a
Vancouver-base metallurgical company, was mandated to develop and implement
necessary improvements to the plant ore processing circuit to achieve maximal
gains in recovery of gold, lead and copper.
"VVC is encouraged that the bench test sample responded extremely well to
the sulphide flotation test procedure", stated Mr. Jean-Paul Boily, President
and CEO of VVC. "The bench test results will be used to implement minor
improvements to the mine plant circuit in order to increase the gold recovery
rate. There are also improvements possible in the lead and copper recovery,
however at this time the Xing Tong mine currently does not receive any
revenues from lead and copper sales."
