This listing marks the first step of an aggressive\ncampaign by VVC to increase its exposure in Europe. It provides VVC with\nincreased access to worldwide capital markets and an opportunity to broaden\nits shareholder base by the establishment of a closer relationship with the\nEuropean investment community which has recently expressed an interest in\nexploration projects in the People's Republic of China.\n\n\nThe BBSE, the oldest stock exchange in Germany, offers the largest scale\nof international securities. They are traded in the segment Unofficial\nRegulated Market (\"URM\"). The main focus of this segment is Asia, Eastern\nEurope and USA/Canada. The BBSE has the largest offer of Eastern European\nstocks in Germany - 120 companies from nine countries are traded at the URM.\nAll companies listed at American high tech market Nasdaq, many NYSE stocks and\nseveral OTCBB companies are listed at the URM of the BBSE, giving investors\nthe largest choice of American stocks in Europe with more than 5,500 American\nshares trading. In addition around 600 Canadian shares are listed.
