Revenues for the 2009 period were $5,085,949 compared to 2008 revenues of $6,848,372. Net income for 2009 was $608,927 compared to net income of $2,282,456 in 2008. Earnings were $.67 per common share in 2009 compared to $2.41 in 2008. At a Board meeting following the shareholders meeting, the Board considered the matter of a 2010 dividend.
