Following the recently announced Fleet segment divestiture, these changes are designed to support the Company’s future growth and strategic priorities and drive a more streamlined corporate structure.\n\n\nBen Thomas, President of VSE Aviation, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer for VSE Corporation. Since joining VSE in October 2020 as Group President, Ben has played a pivotal role in growing the Aviation business segment into the global market leading aviation aftermarket parts and services provider that the business is today. In his new role, Ben will lead all revenue channels, including Distribution, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (“MRO”), and OEM Solutions, as well as enterprise-wide Information Technology for the Company.\n\n\nKrista Stafford, Chief Human Resources Officer, has been promoted to Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer for VSE Corporation. Krista joined VSE in January 2020 and has been instrumental in supporting the Company’s journey and business transformation. In her expanded role, Krista will oversee business and acquisition integration leadership and enterprise-wide administrative services, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to talent and organizational development.\n\n\nFarinaz Tehrani, Chief Legal Officer, has decided to pursue other opportunities after almost four years at the Company. Farinaz joined VSE in August 2021 and has been a key contributor in supporting the transformation of the Company towards its next chapter.\n\n\nTobi Lebowitz joins VSE as the Company’s new Chief Legal Officer. Most recently, Tobi served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Jushi Holdings Inc. (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis operator.
