 March 7, 2011. Atlanta.  Light Media (OTC: LGMH) announced today that it has entered into an Agreement with Extreme Media to acquire: Power 105.5 FM (WZBN). Power 105.5 (WZBN) is situated in South Georgia, serving the Albany Metropolitan Statistical Area comprising of approximately 165,400 residents.  Key Media conglomerates: ClearChannel Communications and Cumulus Media operate Arbitron-rated #1 and #2 R&B Hip-Hop media properties (96.3 FM-WJIZ) and (101.7 FM-WQVE), respectively, in the vibrant Metro Albany, Georgia area in addition to Power 105.5.  Power 105.5 FM currently plays an Urban Hip-Hop/Rap format and is ranked as one of the top radio stations in the Metro Albany, Georgia market.  Gal. 6:9.  Terms of the transaction are undisclosed.
