 * Revenues were $2,961 as of September 30, 2016 versus $9,256 for the quarterly-period ending March 31, 2016.

 * Cost of sales were $0.00 as of September 30, 2016 versus $0.00 for the quarterly period ending June 30, 2016.

 * Selling, general and administrative expenses were $6,151 as of September 30, 2016 versus $14,952 for the quarterly -period ending June 30, 2016.
