Grant of Long Term Incentive Plan Awards
The Remuneration Committee has on 27 May 2025 approved the granting by the Company of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to KJ Winstanley for 52,631 shares.
The award will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028.
