Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy

 

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces that the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022, the notice convening the Group's 2022 Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), and form of proxy, were posted to shareholders on 22 June 2022.

 

The annual report and accounts, notice of 2022 AGM and form of proxy are available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at www.vpplc.com/investors/reports-and-presentations and copies of the documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

 

Vp also announces that its AGM will be held on Thursday, 21 July 2022 at Rudding Park Hotel, Follifoot, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG3 1JH. The meeting will take place at 10.00 am.
