[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n24 June 2025\n\n\n\n\nVp plc\n('Vp' or the 'Company')\n \nAnnual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \nVp plc, the equipment rental specialist, today announces that the following documents were yesterday made available to shareholders of the Company:\n\n\n\n\n1. \n\n\nAnnual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 (the '2025 Annual Report');\n\n\n\n\n2. \n\n\nNotice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting (the 'Notice of AGM'); and\n\n\n\n\n3. \n\n\nLetter concerning the option to receive electronic communications (the 'Request Letter').\n\n\n\n\nThese documents are available on the Company's website at www.vpplc.com. The 2025 Annual Report and the Notice of AGM (and documents referred to therein) were posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive printed copies in due course.\nPursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, each of these documents has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.\n The regulated information required to be communicated in unedited full text by DTR 6.3.5 and by DTR 4.1 is available within the 2024/25 Annual Report as uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and available on the Company's website at www.vpplc.com.\nThe Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ('AGM' or the 'Meeting') will take place at 10.00am on Wednesday, 23 July 2025 at Rudding House, Rudding Park, Follifoot, Harrogate HG3 1JH. Full details of the resolutions to be put to the Meeting, together with the explanatory notes, are available in the Notice of AGM.
