This agreement allows Voyageur to begin the process\nof formulating and testing our new products with AVL and prepare for\nproduction and sales.  AVL is committing mixing and fill lines for\nVoyageur's production. Voyageur and AVL are working jointly to create\nhigh quality health products for the clinical radiology market. AVL\nwill be responsible for all Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients\n(\"API\") formulation, bottling and packaging. Voyageur will\nfocus on country by country regulatory approvals, marketing, sales,\nlogistics, distribution and supply-chain management to enter the North\nAmerican market and  new markets worldwide.\n \n \n \n \n Voyageur will be finalizing the product lines and\nimplementing final testing of products prior to full production start\nup. The pre-production phase is estimated to be completed in Q4 2021\nand entails packaging design, fill line design & testing,\nlaboratory batch testing, client batch testing, forward sales and\nmarketing.\n \n \n \n \n AVL recently completed construction in January 2021, of\nits modern and state of the art Good Manufacturing Practice\n(\"GMP\") pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
