The transaction is fully financed by an initial drawdown of $11.7 million from Vox's credit facility with Bank of Montreal. The Kanmantoo mine is a producing underground mine operated by ASX-listed, Hillgrove Resources Limited (\" Hillgrove \"), centrally located 55km from the city of Adelaide. The Kanmantoo Royalty is a 2.5% NSR payable monthly, stepping down to 0.50% NSR after reaching cumulative production of 85,000t copper (approximately 72,435t remaining as at 30 April 2025).
