These shares will be held as treasury shares. \n \nFollowing the above, the Company holds 249,334 Shares as treasury shares. The number of Shares in issue (excluding treasury Shares), and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights, is now 5,459,386 Shares.
