The options have an exercise price of £1.375 per share.\nApplication will be made for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 26 July 2013.\nFollowing the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will be 4,720,791 ordinary shares, representing 4,720,791 voting rights in the Company.
