Both Chiltern and Brewin are acting as nominees for the\nTrustees of a trust called the Ashley Grandchildren's 2003 Settlement ('the\nSettlement'). Neil Ashley, a director of the Company, is a Trustee of the\nSettlement.\n\n\nIn addition, Chiltern has transferred its holdings of 1,250 A Shares of\n£0.49999995 each and 1,250 B Shares of £0.49999995 each to Brewin.
