Mr.\nLander's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed.\n\nMr Lander has an interest in 228,750 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each\nrepresenting 4.03% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. In\naddition, Jonathan Lander holds 14,500 A Shares of GBP 0.49999995 each and\n14,500 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each in the capital of the Company.
