[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1268T Volution Group plc 10 October 2017 \n\n \nEmbargoed until 7.00am on:\nTuesday 10 October 2017\n \n \nVolution Group plc\n \nDirectorate change\n \nAdrian Barden to retire as Non-Executive Director\n \n \nVolution Group plc (the \"Group\", LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction markets, announces that Adrian Barden, independent Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 13 December 2017.\n \nAdrian Barden was initially appointed to the former holding company of the Group, Windmill Topco Limited in February 2012 and provided important continuity on the Board whilst the business moved from private-equity ownership to a listed company. With the need to progressively refresh the Board and given that Adrian will have served just under six years on the current and pre-IPO Board at the time of the AGM, he will be retiring at the conclusion of the AGM and will not be seeking re-election from shareholders.\n \nPeter Hill, Chairman, commented: \n \n\"Adrian provided important continuity on the Board whilst the business moved from private-equity ownership to a listed company and I would like to thank him for his valuable contributions during his tenure.
