[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 2802O\n Volution Group plc\n 07 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Thursday 7 October 2021\n \n \n Volution Group plc\n \n Board changes\n \n \n Volution Group plc (the \"Company\", the \"Group\" or \"Volution\", LSE: FAN) a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, announces the following changes to the Board as set out in the Announcement of Preliminary Results 2021 this morning, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11:\n \n \n •Tony Reading will be retiring as a Non-Executive Director and as Senior Independent Director with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 9 December 2021. A search process, which has commenced, will focus on diversity, to better reflect our customer base and the wider population in our markets. Once the Board has approved the appointment of a new independent Non-Executive Director, an announcement will be made to the London Stock Exchange; and\n \n \n \n \n •Amanda Mellor, independent Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 9 December 2021. Amanda has been a Board member since March 2018 and has also been appointed as the Board representative for ESG matters and attends the Management Sustainability Committee. \n \n \n \n \n Paul Hollingworth, Chairman of the Board, said:\n \n \n \n \n \n \"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Tony for his invaluable contribution to Board discussions over the past seven years.
