[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1221M Volex PLC 20 August 2013 \n \n\n20 August 2013\n \nVolex plc (the \"Company\")\n \nNew Ordinary Shares issued under the Volex Group plc Non-Executive Directors Long Term Incentive Scheme\n \nOn 14 August 2013, the Company announced that an application had been made for 426,667 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (the \"Shares\") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, to satisfy awards pursuant to the Volex Group plc Non-Executive Directors Long Term Incentive Scheme. The Shares rank pari passu in every respect with the existing issued ordinary shares in the Company and admission became effective on 19 August 2013.\n \nIn accordance with FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that following the issue its issued share capital now comprises 62,920,245 Ordinary Shares.
