Following this purchase, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman of the Company, a beneficiary of NR Holdings Ltd, will hold 35,123,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.26% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.\n \nOn Monday 12 November 2018, Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company, purchased 10,416 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 89 pence per share.
