[{"type":"text","content":"\n Volex Group PLC\n06 February 2006\n\n\n Volex Group plc (the 'Company')\n \n Block Listing\n\nVolex Group plc today announces that it will be making a block listing\napplication to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for up to\n1,000,000 ordinary shares of 25p pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company\nto trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List\nupon issuance.\n\nThe block listing application will cover up to 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares that\ncan be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Volex 2001 Share\nOption Plan.
