Paul is President of Emerging Markets at Cisco Systems, Inc., a role that spans 132 countries. He joined Cisco in 1996 as managing director of the United Kingdom & Ireland business and has previously led Cisco Worldwide Channels from Silicon Valley and led Service Provider Sales and Marketing Strategy for EMEA region. In these roles with Cisco, Paul has earned global recognition by his peers, partners, and customers as a visionary, leader, innovator and mentor.\n \nAs an authority on technology marketing and sales, Paul served on the Board of Directors for UK start-up leader, Phyworks Ltd. prior to its acquisition. He has also served as a non-Executive Director on the Board for Palm Inc before it was acquired by Hewlett Packard in 2010.\n \nCommenting on his appointment, Mike McTighe, Chairman, said: \"On behalf of the Board and the Company, I am delighted to have Paul join the Board.
