He will bring valuable operational experience to the Company and additional oversight to the work of the Board.\"\n \nJeffrey Marc Jackson, aged 67, has not been a director or partner in any company or partnership in the last five years, and there is no other information that needs to be disclosed under AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g).
