(TSXV: FLT) (OTC: TAKOF) (the \"\n \n Company\n \n \" or \"\n \n DDC\n \n \") is pleased to announce that, with the assistance of its sales agent Air Canada  (TSX: AC), it has entered into a commercial agreement dated\n \n June 23, 2021\n \n (the \"\n \n Agreement\n \n \") with DSV Air & Sea Inc.\n \n Canada\n \n (\"\n \n DSV\n \n \"), to renew & extend the internal Sparrow drone route project for the use of DSV at its head office and logistics facility in\n \n Milton, Ontario\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, DDC will continue operations with its Sparrow drone, existing in-place DroneSpot® depots and related infrastructure, and will upgrade the project to the Robin XL when commercially available, expected in 2021. This is expected to be DDC's first Robin XL project.  The Agreement has an indefinite term and provides for a monthly fee for professional services by DDC.\n \n \n All operations will be conducted in accordance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations and Transport Canada flight authorizations.
