The Company's obligation to complete an Offer with respect to a particular series of Notes is conditioned on the aggregate principal amount of the validly tendered and not validly withdrawn Notes, together with the aggregate principal amount of Notes of each series accepted for purchase with a higher Acceptance Priority Level, not exceeding $2.0 billion (the \"Maximum Tender Acceptance Amount\"), subject to the provisions herein.\n \n \n The offers to purchase with respect to each series of Notes are referred to herein as the \"Offers\" and each, an \"Offer.\" Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Offer to Purchase.\n \n Holders are advised to read carefully the Tender Offer Documents for full details of, and information on the procedures for participating in, the Offers.
