The Offers were made on the terms and subject to the conditions (including, without limitation, the New Financing Condition) contained in the tender offer memorandum dated 24 May 2023 (the \"Tender Offer Memorandum\") prepared by the Company in respect of the Offers.\nCapitalised terms used in this announcement but not defined have the meanings given to them in the Tender Offer Memorandum.\nThe Expiration Deadline for the Offers was 4.00 p.m. (London time) on 1 June 2023.\nThe Company announces that the New Financing Condition has been satisfied.
