Call Option Exercise and Related Cancellation
Vodafone Group Plc announced the exercise of its issuer's call option on £500,000,000 capital securities (ISIN: XS1888180996; Common Code: 188818099), due October 3, 2078. All outstanding securities will be redeemed on October 3, 2025 (Redemption Date) at their principal amount plus accrued interest.
